Our instructors have practical experience with VoIP in the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) arena.  Our classes also feature lab exercises for real hands on experience.

VoIP is still relatively new, vendors have specialized technologies that are specific to their products.  This is why taking Cisco or Nortel type classes to install a Sipura analog adapter for a four line business may not work.  Each system has its own approach to VoIP issues. 

Installing and supporting VoIP systems in a production environment takes much more than just reading a book or searching the internet for articles. ABP instructors have the real world skills to fix the problems that companies have encountered when they tried to install VoIP themselves without both telephony and data knowledge. They share their real experiences so valuable time and resources aren’t wasted while attempting to fix problems.
