Overview

VoIP PRO Gateway training is a core technology training class for professionals dedicated to the deployment and maintenance of media gateways. This course has some theoretical background on basic networking issues, security, QOS etc but overall is a hands on course that prepares resellers to sell, install and administer a VoIP installation. It covers some basic understanding of VoIP service provider networks and functionality, connectivity, security and billing issues and will discuss some basics on gateways connectivity to IPBXs and SIP IPBXs.

Course Goal

The objective of this course is to prepare Telefony or Data Resellers for basic VoIP installations.
At the end of the course, you will be ready to install and configure a gateway to connect to a SIP Proxy, IPBX or PBX system for trunking or remote extensions.
