When troubleshooting an AudoCodes Analog or Digital we request the following.

Mandatory:
SIP / H.323 / MGCP
Serial number type of AC unit.
A copy of the current BOARD.ini
Message log output taken while the issue is taking place. (Debug Level = 6)
What is the AC being connected to?

Details of the issue:
What is the end result?
What is the MG being connected to?
Has this ever worked? On AudioCodes?
Whenever possible Ethereal (Wireshark) capture is requested.

Any other information you feel may be relevant to this issue.
