ITSP Service Provider Solution

With an IP Centrex offering service providers can offer business customers unique services that allow them to have great functionality and seem like a large corporation without having to purchase almost any equipment operating in a hosted PBX environment with many enhanced features like music on hold, follow-me and others. Since there is no PBX on site, there is no need for maintenance or technical staff. ISPs can offer customers local, long distance, and high speed data all through the same provider.

One application for IP Centrex is for an organization with several locations, but only a few employees at each location. In this case, IP Centrex can be used to bring these geographically dispersed people together. It will enable them to cost effectively dial between one another and give them access to advanced features.
