One of the classic applications is to leverage
digital PRIs at the main office including all the advantages
of ANI for call center applications and extending these lines
to remote offices. To do this by IP instead of expensive leased
lines by routing the telephony over dedicated data lines is
a great cost reduction and is the killer application in converged
data and telephony solutions.
