Virtual IPBXs are becoming mainstream and the only real objection most buyers have is the fact that the company losses all phone service in the event of a broadband failure.
ABP has worked with Intertex to create the new IX67-RVX a low-cost combination device that provides emergency and local call routing for survivability, QoS, full router with SIP Firewall, remote management and VPN options.
The product has a option for wireless, FXO and FXS gateways and a small switch. All basic PBX functionality including some advanced functions such as call waiting, 3-way calling, call transfer will continue to function in the event of a broadband outage. Basically the IX67-RVX becomes your local PBX for all SIP phones and other user agents. The unit may include ports for connecting a conventional telephone and PSTN line without the need for an extra gateway.
Use it for emergency calls, IP telephony back-up and integration with your old telephony.
The IX67-RVX includes a field proven SIP enabled firewall/router technology. The IX67 stateful packet inspection (SPI) and packet filtering firewall assures that your LAN stays private, secured and protected from malicious attacks via the Internet. The unit also does QOS and has the power to run to route an prioritize about 2 T1s of data and phone traffic. (Recommended for up to 30 simultaneous calls)
This broadband router is the first in the world to allow SIP communication, VPN remote CPE management and QOS all in one device. It has a very general and well-proven SIP support and integrates a state of the art SIP proxy and a SIP registrar, dynamically controlling the NAT and firewall.
The router comes pre-Configured with several preset configurations for numerous operator broadband services and the IP addresses are retrieved and distributed automatically via DHCP (or set manually). Only a single IP address is required from your operator.
Its user interface, accessed from your web browser, is highly appreciated for its clarity and ease use and gives you the best overview and full control. Context sensitive help “?” is available to guide you if required. IP networking made easy!

- Handles at least 25 to 30 simultaneous, bi-directional SIP-based VoIP calls

Support for AES encryption is also included. The VPN gateway allows users and other offices to connect to your LAN securely, via encrypted tunnels over the Internet.

Front Panel:
Let your Internet Gate check your email accounts and notify you on the display when a new message has arrived.
IEmail Notification: The front panel gives you a presentation of the current status of the product and its connected networks.
User Assistance:
The user assistance to the Internet Gate is designed to suit all types of users, users without previous experience of firewall administration and advanced users.
Router Based Firewall:
The built-in firewall protects your computer or local network from unauthorised access. The firewall uses packet filtering, stateful inspection and application proxies together with address translation to protect your PC or local network.
Advanced Firewall Management:
