2N Telecommunications, manufacturer of IP Door Communication devices and GSM/UMTS Gateways and peripherals, is ABP’s newest partner. We are seeing a HUGE demand for these products. Their IP Helios door access device is video capable and very customizable for a variety of applications. This SIP device can come with multiple direct call buttons and keypad configurations as well as LCD Display and support for RFID, Vandal Resistant, PoE, RTSP video streaming, time profiles and more. The Helios is HAI (home automation) and Cisco certified as well. Make VoIP Video calls from the entrance to a number of ABP’s SIP video devices and then allow access with a button combination from the phone. When the user walks up to the door, they can see your advertisements on the LCD Display. You could even route the calls from your door to your cell phone if set up properly. The Helios can serve for home installs all the way up to a business park or large apartment complex.

2N also has a number of GSM/UMTS gateways for a variety of applications. Take in GSM and output Wi-Fi for a pre-paid Hot Spot with the 2N EasyRoute. This is ideally suited to Internet cafes, restaurants, shops and hotels with limited or expensive Internet access, and it can also be used for sending/receiving SMS via a web interface. Or have all of your networked cash registers and POS devices route through your GSM gateway for fail-over in case of network loss.
