Building on 2010 As the new year begins, let’s reflect on what opportunities 2010 brought to our Resellers and ABP. 2010 challenges effected everyone. VoIP went mainstream and acceptance definitely was a bright spot as it helped our partners win more business by selling their clients improved communication efficiencies combined with cost reduction. Higher-end IP Video Surveillance solutions and video conferencing brought new revenue streams to resellers and integrators offering cost savings and asset protection.
IP technology continued to grow in 2010 and along with the improving business climate our resellers reported improving results. ABP also grew expanding our sales team and moving our offices and warehouse to a new, larger facility. In addition to more inventory stocking and processing space, we created a larger lab for interoperability testing of new products, an IP Solution show room and an expanded training facility. An Open House is targeted for the third week in February. Stay tuned for more details.
